OHANA — Restaurant in Barbate

This place is only good at night for drinks. Food is subpar, selling old tuna disguising it in a sandwich because you are not able to see the color, over salted to disguise the bad taste. The waiters are possibly the worst part, working as if they are doing you a favor and when taking the complaint one said “this is just the part of the tuna we use for the sandwich”…Then another waiter came and asked if everything was alright, when told “no” said “at the end it’s always our fault” well whose fault is it going to be? Mine? Neither one of them offered any type of apology. Two stars only...

This place is more directed to drinks and cocktails than a restaurant really which is a pity cause the place where is located is fantastic. We were told that 4 of the dishes we had ordered were not available because they were sold out (it was just 3.30 a normal timing for lunch in the south of Spain on a Saturday, so I guess for dinner and Sunday would be worse) the service was very slow and disorganised, we ordered a started that arrived after our main, and one of us got her food after all of us had finished. I loved this place. Will be back for sure. Very cool vibe, but the food stands out. Everyone of the tuna options were phenomenal. Literally could not stop eating. The grilled avocado salad was also a stand out. And the burgers are the best burgers in Spain that I have tried. Amazing !!!

Serves food all day, located in a nice area with a decent beach. But I would drive here just...
