We wanted to eat portuguese food like we were used to do it in Portugal. It was almost exacly like that. Nice flavours, given with kindness. Good coffee. The clean toilet was a huge plus! The only thing i missed, that in Porto we usualli got the chocolate croissant warmed up between 2 iron plates (almost like a panini). It was so good - here it was microwaved. But still good. Hoy fui a tomar café y pasteles con mi hermana y mi sobrino, muy mala experiencia con la mujer que atiende allí. Realmente si NO TIENE EXPERIENCIA EN ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE ni le gusta la atención al cliente, para qué trabaja en ésto? cuando entré estaba discutiendo con un cliente que se levanto a pedir, al rato le pregunté por el sabor de una de las pastas junto con el niño y al preguntar el niño por otra, ella nombró el sabor de todas a la vez y rápidamente de mala manera y con mala cara, el niño terminó pidiendo la primera porque ni él ni yo recordamos todos los sabores que nos dijo simplemente porque le molestó que le preguntaran. Cuando mi hermana entro a coger servilletas también le habló mal (porque ella no había puesto servilletas a nuestra mesa). No sé qué le pasaba a esa mujer, es de cabello negro y con tatuajes.

Realmente una pena que una cafetería y pastelería tan buena tengan a esta mujer que brinda tan mala experiencia. Siempre suelo ir allí y los dueños atienden con tanto amor y dedicación, la pastelería es increíble, pero con personal así alejan a los clientes y brindan mala experiencia. A los dueños les pido por favor revisen las cámaras y verán a lo que me refiero porque esta mujer estaba comportándose de esta manera con varios clientes no solo...

Great pastry shop. The staff is friendly, attentive to your needs an the service is fast. Best place in Barcelona to sit and have your morning coffee with a Nata, or many of the other food and pastries this coffee shop has to offer.
