I recently visited Chandigarh Cafe and had a mixed experience. The front part of the restaurant is undoubtedly a lovely setting, but unfortunately, our group of 16 was seated in the back cemented yard, which lacked any atmosphere. This was a bit disappointing.
To make matters worse, the two waiters serving us were border-line rude. On multiple occasions, the waiter from Venezuela stood over my husband and me, speaking loudly to someone on the other side of the table. It was quite distracting and made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, there were a couple of instances where this same waiter's armpits were uncomfortably close to my husband's face. This lack of professionalism was off-putting.

Then the food. Really good. We choose a wide range of dishes as we were four and they were really tasty, fresh and well cooked. Then the service. Jezzz, Macia was our waiter. Perfect service, always here when needed and never heavy. Wow, you can tell this guy knows his stuff. A hidden gem in Pedralbes. The whole barrio is worth visiting and the Chandigarh café is THE place to have a wonderful experience. The prices are reasonable. Next time, I'll take the paella. I saw it on other tables and we regretted not to have chosen it. Next time as we will return without doubt....

Honestly, I would never even consider coming back. There are plenty of places in Barcelona to visit and this is not one of them. Don't give them your money. We left...
