We're already off to a bad start. We arrived and we had a reservation that I made online. 5 waiters had to come to confirm the reservation and they still told us there’s no reservation, in the end they gave us a table. A friendly girl helped us and told us to order now that the kitchen is busy and then if you want to order more, that's perfect. and so we did it. We went to order more and a very unpleasant guy told us that we had to wait 1 hour and a half but if we wanted he had some very delicious desserts. he was in too much of a hurry to fold the table. I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Peruvian restaurant and I must say, I was blown away by the incredible flavors and delicious dishes. I got seated fast and the service was good. I order the caldo with tallarin chino was great tasting and they had Inka kola in glass bottle which is rare to get in the states. I then ordered lomo saltado and what I received was not good at all. The rice tasted like it was 2 to 3 days old and looked like it was reheated in the microwave because there was still clutter of rice balls.
