Magically, many tables were reserved when we appeared at the outlet, the waiters were not keen on seating us and while enquiring about an empty table without a reserved sign, it was suddenly, and mysteriously reserved and prepped.
We decided that we would order our food to go, and after taking payment, a waitress by the name of Nat*a decided that it would be best if we waited outside the restaurant, with a heatwave (it's 34ºC outside, I checked), for our food. The exterior of the restaurant was devoid of shade of any kind
We refused because it was simply not a reasonable request. They wouldn't seat us, and they thought that we were in the way... So they could serve their empty tables???
Their request for us to "not be in the way" was repeated minutes later, but our request to be seated was ignored.
Clearly the staff of this franchise were not interested in generating income since if they would have seated us and treated us with a minimal level of decency, we would have ordered sides and drinks, and some of our group members would not have left.
After about 20 minutes waiting/standing, by which we already exceeded our lunch break, we received our take away order and had to eat our lunch back in the office. While the burger was fairly delicious, I doubt I would ever go back or could recommend this branch.
It should be noted that none of the so called reserved tables were seated during the entire time...

Well... she didn't ask what preference of burger i would like,i think she directly recommended a burger without knowing what kind of burger it was Because i asked if it was like a pulled pork kind of burger, she just said " yes ", & when i got the burger.... it wasn't like a pulled pork 🤣😂🤣😂 But i still ate it anyway, just for the experience & taste of it
The burger: It was a triple smashed burger patties with cheese & bacon bits with rustic fries taste of it was a 6/10 more meat less flavoring half-way through the burger i kind of wanted to throw up, either it was too much or because i was sick of the flavour or no flavour😅, good thing there was rustic fries & sauce to kind of like balance it
Maybe i just came at a bad time though, because it was a busy night
Question is : Would i come back? Probably in like 2-3 months Would i recommend it to friends? Not probably the first burger place I would want to...

Ya sea menú mediodía o carta un fin de semana, siempre es buen momento para ir a algún restaurante Goiko o pedir a domicilio vía Uber. Pero por desgracia siempre hay días malos y ayer la Atencion por parte del personal de este Goiko ha sido nefasta. Ayer 10/10 había una promoción de regalar hamburguesas, nos hemos presentado bastantes clientes y la sorpresa ha sido el descontrol por parte de los empleados y por supuesto de los consumidores. Clientes que se han colado y desde Goiko no han puesto medidas ante este suceso. Por si no fuese poco, tras agotar las 100 existencias gratis, se han puesto a repartir códigos de entrantes/postres gratis, en este momento los clientes seguían colándose hasta que se han quedado sin codigos (entiendo). En este momento unos clientes y yo, nos hemos acercado amablemente a pedir un código a lo que han empezado las borderias por parte de un solo empleado, viendo la actitud del empleado y que el ambiente se estaba caldeando, he empezado a subir el tono al igual que el impresentable que nos estaba atendiendo. Una vez no había retorno ni solución, he pedido la hoja de reclamaciones la cual he tenido que esperar 20-25 minutos para recibirla ya que no han cedido desde un primer momento. Han cerrado el local dejándome esperar, junto a otras personas. Hasta que no he picado varías veces, insistiendo, al timbre, no han cedido a darme la hoja de reclamaciones.
Una vergüenza, como digo, soy cliente habitual de goiko, de hecho podéis quedaros todos mis goikocoins de mi cuenta 392953Garc9521 que lamentablemente habéis perdido un cliente (que sé que os importa más bien poco porque sino no hubieseis tolerado la falta de respeto de vuestro compañero).
