The guy behind the counter is not equipped to work in the hospitality industry. Had several bad experiences there.....always exuses and never solutions. As a burger was sold out at my last visit I ordered another one asking to add a slice of tomato (part of the sold out one). This guy had the balls to ask for a supplement payment for this slice of tomato. At this stage I decided that this was my very last visit.
