The lunch menu buffet is a great deal when you are looking for a simple but fulfilling meal. For 14€ per person we got 4 small dishes, a drink and coffee. Probé este buffet japonés a la carta con ciertas expectativas, pero la experiencia fue bastante irregular. La presentación de los platos es correcta y cuidada, un punto a favor, pero ahí se queda lo bueno. En cuanto al sabor, el sushi se mantiene en un nivel medio, muy por debajo de lo que ofrecen los mejores bufets de Barcelona. Intentan innovar, sí, pero las combinaciones acaban siendo un poco caóticas: muchas salsas resultan demasiado potentes y terminan tapando la esencia delicada del sushi.

La carta es limitada, mucho más corta que la de otros buffets de la ciudad, lo que reduce opciones y hace difícil repetir los platos que podrían salvar la experiencia. Además, el sistema de comandas, con límites de pedidos por tiempo, resulta incómodo y rompe el ritmo de la comida.

El personal es atento y el local agradable, aunque los baños tienen un olor desagradable que afecta la impresión general. En definitiva, aunque hay ciertos aciertos visuales, la experiencia en conjunto decepciona: sabores poco equilibrados, carta reducida y logística incómoda. No es un sitio al...
