Brand-new hotel with very modern interior. We enjoyed that the location is a bit outside the city center, away from the masses of tourists and in a quieter (yet lively) area. Many nice cafés (also perfect for breakfast at a lower cost than the buffet at the hotel) and plenty of bars around that seem to be mostly frequented by locals. There are two metro lines close by that take you to the main attractions in only a few stops. Everyone was really friendly, but some things just seemed off for a four star hotel, for example that on the fire alarm went off on 3 out of 6 nights during our stay for up to 60 minutes in the middle of the night (eg 1 am and 4 am). We were a bit concerned that the hotel could not sort this problem out after the first time. There were other very small issues like that on one occasion our towels that we had put on the floor to be replaced were not replaced during cleaning or that the hotel allegedly did not have a single pen to lend us when we needed one. We were promised a welcome drink that we never got, there's water in the lobby but not glasses etc. Still would recommend staying here bc 1) quiet 2) very modern and 3)...

Got a room on the ground floor, which is quite unusual. It was very noisy every morning as there are guests walking around the reception area and the breakfast area, we could even hear the phone ringing at the reception and hovering every morning at 8, which was quite annoying. The door of our room was also right next to the door connecting to the common garden, and the cleaners were going in and out every morning. We were waken up by a mixed of the door snapping sound, hovering sound, phone ringing and people talking each morning. This was not what make the stay unpleasant. We do understand that this is the problem of the design and layout of the hotel and staff cannot do much on it, but when we tried to provide feedback to the staff, their response was “we never received any noise complaint from this room before”. I was shocked by this customer service. The staff was not accepting feedback and was irresponsible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as the staff there shows no respect to the customers.
