Lamentablemente he tenido una muy mala experiencia en este lugar, soy una clienta regular y es una pena que este tan mal actualmente, hoy al pedir si era posible que me preparen un bikini, la respuesta fue que si y muy amable de parte del encargado, al esperar mas de 15 minutos por el bikini para mi hija de 3 años me acerco a la barra, para ser recibida con un: "esta ahí hace tiempo si lo quieres tómalo tu misma que estamos ocupados", un detalle el bikini era un bocadillo en pan normal de toda la vida, si no tenían bikini me lo hubieran dicho sobretodo porque era para una niña. Cuando fui a pagar le comento al encargado lo del bikini, esta persona fue muy profesional y me explica que ellos lo hacen asi; Aquí empieza el problema el chico de cocina empieza a reírse por mi reclamo con muy mala actitud, por lo que pido una hoja de reclamación el encargado me dice que no me cobrara el bikini, al escuchar esto el de cocina vuelve a reírse y le dice: "Che dale la hoja y que largue"... ahí si ya me enfade muchísimo y volví a pedir la hoja de reclamación que no me la dieron. La solución que me dio el encargado después de este trato terrible, fue que no me cobraría la cuenta por el mal momento.
