Pizzeria Maragall S.L — Restaurant in Barcelona

The truth is that it is not the usual pizza, for bad or good. I was not expecting to have a crunchy thin dough as base, instead of the usual bread-y one, thinner or thicker. I usually eat half pizza because an entire one is too much for me, but I ate this one in one sitting. So it depends on you how you like it. The place was full on a Thursday. The ambient is very tranquil and relaxed surrounded by plants and being situated in a square. We waited quite some time to have our two pizzas but then I saw others had them faster and maybe we had back luck to order that specific moment. Prices were ok. I give 4 stars for the good intention but for my taste and expectations it would be rather 3. Not bad...

Worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. I was never treated so badly as a customer. Just unbelievable how unfriendly people can be !!! Never again . We did not get a table although there were tables free . Then we ordered for take a way and we ordered drinks as well. They did not cut the pizza for us. When I asked them to do so they just handed me a knife . When I wanted to cut the pizzas they said I am not allowed to do it on a free! Table . Then I said ok do it for me and she said I should be more respectful LOL incredible. Then we left . I even tipped them...

Sitios desastroso y nada recomendable. Llamo un viernes a las 8.45 para encargar un par de pizzas e ir a buscarlas. Me dicen que tardarán una hora, cosa que me parece una exageración pero acepto. No pasa nada. Llego una hora después y me dicen que espere "5 minutos". Ok, salgo fuera a esperar a que me llamen, aunque ya intuyo que esperaré más por las miradas de los dos empleados que hay en la barra. Pasan los minutos y solo veo que sacan más y más sillas a las mesas que hay fuera y me pregunto si realmente tienen licencia para ocupar todo ese espacio en la calle. Después de media hora (30 minutos de reloj) entro para decirles que si no está mi pedido preparado me voy. Entro y veo que hay dos cajas de pizzas en la barra. Finalmente hablan entre ellos y deducen que ese es mi pedido. Ya cuando cojo la caja noto que eso ni está caliente ni siquiera templado. Efectivamente, las pizzas estaban totalmente frías y sospecho que llevaban varios minutos en la barra. Puedo entender que tuvieran muchos clientes, pero el pasotismo y el poco interés por los que íbamos a recoger los pedidos era alarmante. Entiendo que les interese más el cliente que consume allí, entre bebidas, comidas y postres, facturan mucho más, pero... Desde luego no volveremos a repetir para que nos hagan esperar media hora, nos coloquen unas pizzas frías y que ni de broma valen los precios que tienen. Igual deberían interesarse en cómo mejor el servicio y preocuparse menos de sacar más y más mesas y ocupar la plazoleta que...
