Oh my lord … no offense to the staff who work here and the owner, but what you serve is not ramen. We frequent Japan pre-pandemic and have tasted some of the best and most authentic ramen, and it would be an insult to call the food served here ramen.
The ‘ramen’ in the bowl is not ramen, the chashu tastes like mass produced meat that’s been left in the fridge for days, the tonkotsu broth is bland and tastes nothing like how it should be … We ordered a couple other items but I won’t bother commenting on those (and you can imagine how disappointing they are).
The staff is nice and the decoration is cute, but at the end of the day food is the soul of a restaurant and our meal left a really bad aftertaste. I think any Japanese tourists who eat here might want to commit...
Read moreCOZY PLACE, UNIQUE DECO, GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE. we went at lunch time, we had the menu. My partner ordered tantan ramen, which is good and they put a large quantity of noodles I ordered the noodles without soup "mazesoba"which the waitress recommended, but for me it tasted too heavy, and after some bites to it, i couldn't finish it because of the heavy taste or i don't know how to explain it. But anyway i wouldn't recommend the noodles without soup maybe, but rather stick to the ramens.

But still it's a good place and the waitress is actually helpful since the...

The miso ramen was lifeless, its flavour wasn't as great. Usually the soup is ruch & brothy.
The karaage was kinda ok although it was served with sweet chilli sauce. When eaten in Japan you get salt & fresh lemon and or kewpie mayonnaise.
The honey lemon green tea was actually good, the best thing I got served.
One thing I really liked was being able to get a smaller ramen portion instead of a big one.
Perhaps the food is different in other stablishments of the same chain, I can only talk about what I...
