KFC — Restaurant in Benidorm

We called into this KFC at around three o'clock on 28th November. The place was a mess with debris on many of the tables. The resturant wasn't that busy with around eight persons eating. I cleared up one of the tables which wasn't to dirty and wiped it down with some wet napkins. My husband went to order at the counter where there was one person taking orders and another in the kitchen area. We ordered, got our meals and sat down. The tables near to us were strewn with rubbish. As we were eating our meal a KFC operative came out from were the toilets were cleared one tray load of rubbish from a table at the far side of the resturant, stacked a few trays, looked over the top of the partitioning at the rubbish on the tables near us and walked away. I had thought he was going to get a wet cloth to wil down the tables and thought to myself he could have removed the rubbish and then came back to wipe the tables down but he didn't. The next time I saw him he was behind the counter in the kitchen or drive through area, I don't know what he was doing but it certainly wasn't cleaning tables. There is no excuse for the state of the resturant and particularly for a worker to walk away from dirty tables. As we were leaving I did go and talk to the guy on the counter about how hard he was working but they needed to get someone out to clean tables as it certainly isn't a good impression on hygiene if the tables are left in that state. It'll be a while before we venture back to this...

Sat on the terrace on Christmas Eve eating a bucket of freshly fried chicken and crispy red hot fries 🍟 Eating comfort food, well does it get better than this. The food was really tasty and piping hot. The girl serving us was really friendly and served us quickly. The only downside was that you didn't get gravy as standard and you had order as an additional side order. The coffee ☕ was strong and definately gave you a real caffeine fix. The views of the mountains are a real bonus. Worth calling in here as it's not as busy as the KFC outlets nearer...

Sebas was incredible and very kind best service ive received here. Sebas specifically made me feel like a valued customer and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend if you find yourself driving on the CV-70 and need somewhere to stop or you find yourself in the area hopefully Sebas is there to help you as much as he helped me.
