A VERY warm welcome upon arrival, tasty honecooked spring rolls with olives for Tapas. Recommendation of wine. Meats and fish brought to the table to view before cooking. I chose salmon with salmon. The salmon was a generous portion, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The salad, fresh and vibrant, with mango which was perfect with the salmon. Delicious food, wonderful service!
I can highly recommend all the dishes we tried here. We started with the partridge salad, which was great. Next was the bastilla, perfect in the use of spices, beautiful crust --- this dish alone would have made my day. Next was the pork knuckle, with sauerkraut and potatoes, and amazingly delicious pears! Wow! And to top it off a mind blowing lemon cake.

Jose, su señora y Deisy trato super respetuoso,cercano y profesional.
Tras compartir una leve conversación ya te transmiten que alli vas a sentirte como pez en el agua.
Con respecto a la comida que pedimos.
Risottos super cremoso sin llegar a empalagar y con sabores equilibrados, y un "gran producto "como es el arroz que emplean para el plato( no lo dire para que vayais a probarlo)
Las Pavias de Bacalao con la salsa de piquillo super contrastado el sabor.
El Bacalao gratinado simplemente espectacular.Coccion a baja temperatura, super jugoso y salia las piezas de bacalao perfecta con su grasa y equilibrado de sal.
La Pechuga rellena perfecta con el relleno bueno bueno y super jugoso el pollo.
Entrecot de Vaca madurada por medio de Jose , tierno,filtrado y con sabor gracias a la maduracion sin en exceso de potencia pero super sabroso.
Los postres tambien caseros echo en el dia por Eva super ricos sin olvidar los sabores de la infancia con la tarta de galletas y el tiramisu en su punto de jugosidad y cremoso excelente.
