"Where 14 EURO Dreams (and Drinks) Go to Die"

If you've ever wondered what it's like to sip on a glass of water with just a whisper of juice, I’ve got the perfect spot for you! This place is a masterclass in making you pay for air, with their award-winning "watered-down-juice-just-like-mom-never-made" recipe. For the high price ;) , you can treat yourself to a barraquito especial that’s "especial" in the way that someone saying "bless your heart" is a compliment. I’m pretty sure the drop of Licor 43 they added evaporated before it even hit my cup.

Oh, and don't bother looking for prices on the menu – they must be saving ink, or perhaps it’s a fun game of ‘guess how much we’ll charge you for disappointment.’ Spoiler: it's too much.

The service? Let’s just say I had enough time to memorize the wallpaper while waiting for my order. Meanwhile, the Spanish tourists were living the high life, getting smiles and maybe even drinks with actual flavor! I was polite, but apparently, politeness doesn’t come with extra perks here. I guess I missed the secret handshake.

In conclusion: if you enjoy slow service, watered-down juice, and a bill that feels like a robbery, this is your spot. If not, I recommend drinking from the nearest fountain for a...

Marvellous view. Great staff & a bit less hectic than Masca. Only had coffee & cake this time but rest of menu looks good. In addition, we made another visit today. Lovely food again. When I made payment by card the staff member said that it had failed, so I gladly paid cash instead. When I later checked, the card payment had gone through. Not a huge amount but annoying to have paid twice. Just to be aware, maybe data is slow to process with the card machines in that location & these glitches can occur. (Thank you so much for your kind reply. Very much looking forward to a return visit later this year....

Seeing the location, it's unfortunate that it was closed during our visit. However, the fact that the views were awesome is a definite silver lining. Perhaps another time, the place will be accessible, allowing you to fully experience everything. Hopefully, you still found enjoyment and satisfaction from the experience despite the closure. It's important to focus on the positive aspects, like the stunning views that you were able to witness. Maybe next time you will have the opportunity to experience more. Ultimately, the beautiful views made the...

This place is great - surely one of the best views of any cafe in the world. The food was good - refreshing to see a place in such a location maintain the quality. I enjoyed the ham, and the queso asado was amazing. Cactus juice was a new experience! The drinks prices are *slightly* higher than some other places, but you have to consider the location and the more challenging logistics of running it here. There is a lot of demand for tables, but it's worth waiting or seeing if someone on their own is happy for you to join them.

Wow! What an incredible place for a light lunch. If you are brave enough to tackle the mountain roads to get here, it’s well worth it to spend an hour soaking up a breathtaking view with delicious coffee (we kept ordering more so we could stay longer!). We originally came to see the village, but there was no parking to be found so we continued up the hill to this gem and don’t feel like we missed out on anything. The rolls were fresh and made for a nice light lunch, and there’s a cute gift shop inside too.
