Abrasador Niágara's — Restaurant in Callosa de Segura

What a great discovery and wonderful surprise in a small town, that of Callosa de Segura. Restaurante Abrasador Niagara's was all this and more!

Our servers, Casey & Claudia were both absolute perfection!! The most kind and friendly young women that went out of their way to accommodate us seven hungry hikers on a busy Saturday night. They know the menu and each of them helped us decide on our meals and also assured us of the vegan and vegetarian options and ingredients.

Even if the food wasn’t so incredibly AMAZING, I would go here just to have the best restaurant service, by these two adorable young women, that I have had in years! And they spoke English. We tried to communicate in our muy malo Espanol but they were very kind to speak in English.

They accommodated me as a vegan and my husband and another friend in our group as vegetarians. Not only accommodated our dietary needs, but served us what I would compare to as a Michelin five star type plant based meal.

Sadly I didn’t take enough photos but trust me, the artichokes were simply delicious and a must for all to try. Presentation was beyond incredible. The vegan was served without the cheese which the vegetarian dish included. Our main was a ratatouille type veggie dish served on top of a tomato paste base. Yummy!

I had sliced fruit for dessert and the vegetarians had a spectacular bread pudding type torrija desert.

The other four in our group enjoyed their burgers and steaks which came with thick cut fried potatoes. They also had the torrija desert.

Atmosphere was nice, tables spaced well. Prices were extremely fair.

Only negative is we were passing through on a hiking adventure and it may be a long time until we are in the area again. I wish I could eat here weekly! I...

Además, la experiencia tiene un precio que parece increíble para la calidad que ofrece, haciendo de cada visita un lujo accesible. Estoy convencido de que Abrasador Niágara's está destinado a convertirse en un referente gastronómico, así lo auguro porque cuando lo vives, te nace decirlo algo y claro.

Vinimos a probar este local y estuvo bien pero pienso que algunas cosas se podrían cambiar para ser más profesional y no parecer que cobran sobreprecio en algunos platos. El local parece que lo han reformado por dentro y es muy bonito, hay un ambiente muy tranquilo con familias y parejas cenando, los camareros son muy amables y graciosos. Nosotros eramos dos personas y nos pedimos dos hamburguesas de plato principal, que para mi fueron un 10, la carne estaba espectacular y todo lo que la acompañaba también, pero el punto negativo es que de entrante pedimos los nachos de la casa y nos sorprendió al ver que los nachos a parte de ser pequeña la ración, eran de bolsa, lo cual en mi opinión, es algo muy poco profesional, ya que el plato no era precisamente barato. No fue mala experiencia pero...
