The pizza itself was absolutely delicious – one of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the overall experience was terrible. It was cold that day (it was around 3/4 months ago) and, despite free tables inside, we were told to sit outside, likely because we were only two people. Later the place was nearly empty, yet we still had to sit in the cold, wearing coats, just because we were hungry and eager to try the pizza. We waited 20 minutes just to order and another hour for the pizza – 1.5 hours in total – with no warning about the long wait. The pizza was missing basil, no apology given. The tea we ordered was extremely salty (from tap water), the waitress tasted it, took it away, but never brought a replacement. In the end they reluctantly deducted it from the bill. Service was chaotic – the waitress seemed new and overwhelmed, but that’s on the management for having just one inexperienced person for all tables. As someone who’s been to Italy many times and knows authentic Neapolitan pizza well – I can honestly say this place delivers! The pizza was outstanding and absolutely on par with what you’d find in Naples. Big thanks for the delicious food and excellent service.
