Greenlight — Restaurant in Candelaria

Greenlight is the perfect place to be in Candelaria. In vacation with some friends of mine, we spent a lovely dinner at Greenlight choosing some delicacies from the menu. The ceviche and the anchovies are absolutely to be tasted and the Tricolore pasta is delicious. My friends tasted different plates so we tried almost the full menu and we all agreed on the 5-stars rating for this cozy restaurant. Every detail is taken care of with attention and dedication by Marco who is the manager (rely on him for classic, sweet or sour cocktails) and Simone who will take care of cooking your meal.

Guys, don’t miss this place if you are in Tenerife! Good food, good music in the background and a relaxing location in front of the sea, what more could you ask...

The restaurant is located near the promenade, almost all the tables are located outside, there are a few seats at the bar. In the evening, they turn on the lights and play music from the 70s and 80s, which is complemented by the sound of the ocean and becomes very cozy.

I really like that there is a small menu. They make their own pasta, serve selected local wine and beer. Everything I ordered was delicious.

I was recently in Santa Cruz and I decided to give this new spot a try and boy was I glad I did so. The owners were super nice. Marco, one of the two guys, took his time to guide me through the menu, including the vegan options. I ended up ordering the Trofie Tricolore and they were amazing! The vibe and the ambience was really cool as well so after dinner I ended up ordering a cocktail as well and it was really good.
