I was nervous ordering the special which was arroz negra, because it is not canarian and we live in catalunya where they do it very well, and I was right - we had to send back, it was watery and the prawns on top were a very strange texture, like a mushy paste. The waitress told us the wateryness was juice from the prawns... But this is not how arroz negra should be. I have been solo hiking and was looking for a place to eat. This restaurant was one of a few that was open on monday. I ordered some pulpo a la Gallega. And the second I tasted it, I put my phone down with the things I had to do on it and I transited to a mindfulness eating mode.
