Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Carcaixent

Our first server was a nasty individual, who asked another server to wait on us. Luckily, the second one was very nice. The prices are high for the region.

One salad had nearly rotten lettuce on it. The ribs tasted bland. My steak was ordered medium/a point but came raw. I asked them to just take the plate back and that I didn't want anything else; I didn't even touch a soggy french fry. The original waitress re-appeared, angrily thrusting a plate at me some minutes later, but I refused. We then saw the kitchen staff pointing at us and arguing with our second server.

Avoid this palace of incompetence. I'd rather have eaten a gas station salad that had been sitting in the sun for six hours. It would be exactly the same quality of dining, but would have spared us from having to interact with these people at least.

Took my kids to celebrate a birthday and we were all extremely disappointed. The wrong orders were brought out and management were rude and did not resolve the issue.

The starters were greasy, mains pretty awful but the dessert was great and the kids enjoyed the Halloween special dessert.

At one point staff asked customers to change table mid-service because they’d booked the orders to the wrong tables.

No es la primera vez que vamos, pero hoy ha sido un desastre durante toda la comida y después de ver qué al menos 5 mesas alrededor se han quejado y llamado al encargado ,no pinta bien. Primero la hamburguesa Smashing, parecía más una burguer de 3 dias, tipo chicle recalentada y encima le faltaba una salsa y la que tenía casi ni se veía ,y me comentan que la que falta poner se les había acabado y con 7 o 8 patatas, la solución: me ponen medio kilo de salsa y medio kilo de patatas, insisto que es incomible, mientras tanto éramos 4 mi hijo a comido primero solo ,y luego yo peleando con mi desastre de hamburguesa después Alós 15 minutos mi mujer y mi hija y luego ya por fin solo yo ,comida en familia nada de nada , Después de hablar con la camarera y el encargado me dicen de cambiar de hamburguesa y les digo que si , me traen una con tomate ,lechuga ,queso y carne y 2 trozos grandes bacon sin hacer ,vamos una asquerosidad ,la hamburguesa de mi hijo la más cara por cierto no se parecía en nada a lo que venden, parecía que le faltaba de todo y nada de sabor, No han conseguido ni en 2 ocasiones solucionar la queja En definitiva, cada vez peor y no volveremos a este Foster's Hollywood A mí parecer hoy más de un cliente no volverá.
