First off, WOW!!!!

This place is amazing from the moment you find the charming entrance on such a beautiful little street and that is only the start!

We were welcomed with the warmth of a familiar family like atmosphere and greeted with an outdoor seating area that is so quaint and downright gorgeous that we opted to sit outside.

The first dish brought was a beet root puree amuse-bouche and it was delicious and quite unique in the best of ways

Second up we had the Ajoblanco, I can’t say enough amazing things about this dish and its array of simple yet wonderful flavors mixed with the tomato tartare that added a different texture and flavor that not only complimented the dish but titillated the senses

Another starter we got was the veal carpaccio, and while I’ve had amazing carpaccio all over the Mediterranean this one took the price for the best and most delicate I’ve ever had, so simple, yet leaves you wondering how they were able to get it so interesting simultaneously

At the table we got a few different entrees, the entrecôte and the solo millo and wow, both were so perfectly prepared to pay respects to the ingredients and let the wonderful beef shine as the centerpiece

We had dessert as well, even though I was thoroughly filled by that point, and wow am I glad we did!!

What a special place in all regards a true 10/10 experience that you’d be hard pressed to beat in all of Carmona and likely most of Sevilla

We had the pleasure of dining at La Yedra in Carmona twice this week – once on Wednesday evening and again tonight – and both visits were absolutely outstanding.

I started with the tempura prawns, which were light, fresh, and absolutely packed with flavour – a perfect beginning to the meal. For my main, I had the entrecôte, which was cooked to perfection – beautifully tender and full of rich flavour. The desserts were also amazing – I had the cheesecake with panna cotta ice cream, and it was truly to die for.

The wines were lovely, thoughtfully chosen, and matched the food perfectly.

But what really stood out was the incredible service. The team were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate my pregnant wife – setting up a cool, comfortable table and ensuring all of her food was fully cooked while still absolutely delicious.

Inaceptables fueron la atencion de las camareras, la relacion cantidad precio, que no nos trajeran cuchara pese a pedirla para un potaje que además estaba frío, que nos "castigaran" sin pan (estaba racionado) que nos cobraran por un minúsculo aperitivo, que nos cobraran una copa de vino de más y no pidieran disculpas por ello aduciendo que era poco dinero de diferencia. No pagamos 40 euros por persona sin postre para salir cabreados y muertos de hambre. Las camareras estaban muertas de miedo. Entendemos que tengan que aprender pero no es adecuado para un restaurante de ese precio. Respuesta a la propietaria: Tras mi opinión veraz y respetuosa aunque critica he recibido públicamente insultos, mentiras compulsivas y descalificaciones de índole personal vertidas por alguien que no me conoce. Escribo habitualmente reseñas (unas 80 aproximadamente)sobre restaurantes nacionales e internacionales y jamás he visto algo parecido. Soy veraz soy comedido y soy honrado, entro en los restaurantes que me da la gana y en España no existe el apartheid que usted propone hacia mi persona. Dice que fui a hartarme de pan. Podría ser, me gusta el pan, me lo cobra y ya está, pero no fue ese el caso. Comimos 2 bollitos cada uno. Minúsculos y al pedir un tercero se nos negó. Si en vez de tapas pusiera platos normales quizás no habría que comer tanto pan, pero eso lo decide el cliente. No usted y menos con esa falta de respeto. Me achaca intenciones dudosas cuando fui con la mejor intención engañado por el buen aspecto del restaurante al que su gestión arrebata el alma. Dice que su restaurante no es para mi. Desde luego. Estoy acostumbrado a ir a restaurantes mejores y también a otros más modestos pero no peores por ello. Sitios más humildes donde se respeta a los clientes Miente usted en todo. A ver 3 garbanzos en un plato de espinacas frías es ridículo y si trajeron una cuchara por plato. Pedimos 2 platos y como compartiamos y éramos 4 personas nos faltaban 2 cucharas que no les salió de las narices traernos y tuvimos que comer con tenedor. Tienen aire acondicionado en una esquina en un salón enorme y en la otra esquina hacía frío. Se lo advierto para que mejore pero usted se cierra y embiste como respuesta. Vamos a lo de los croquetas. Usted qué sabrá lo que yo como o dejo de comer. En ocasiones he comido croquetas (le recomiendo una variante italiana llamada arancini)aunque me gustan más las croquetas más pequeñas, las normales. Las suyas eran bolitas minusculas a 15 euros. No me pidieron disculpas tras cobrarme de más. Me dice que solo quiero molestar y hacer daño gratuito.Controle su caracter, piense lo que dice porque estas imputaciones falsas atentan contra mi honor y mi propia estimacion y no se las voy a permitir.
