Trips Summer Club — Restaurant in Cartagena

I book the VIP show ticket. Thinking that include sunset+dinner+show+club. As soon as I arrive they say I can't have dinner because didn't make any reservation. And yes it says in the website without any highlight!! They didn't make any effort to fit two persons. When you are buying a ticket you select the type of table where you think that you going to have dinner and see the show. Is not!! Plus, the person who was receiving us didn't know how to speak English!!! We went to the food trucks in the sunset area but there were too many people and there was not enough chairs. You have to eat standing!! It was a really bad start. We were going to see the show we waited 15min until someone show us a table. From VIP to the normal ticket there's basically no difference to the normal ticket. You only have a table to put the drink as you can see in the photo. We waited 30min until the waiter come to us. We ask a Pina colada and a Redbull. They didn't have Redbull and no cocktails!!! So what's the point to be in VIP night club when you can't even have a cocktail???? The show was ok nothing like Broadway more like a high school musical. The singers and the dancers were good. The DJ part, it did had really good songs although the music transitions were really bad, it was just one song over the other plus he puts a song that was played in the Vela show 30min before. Can I say I own a few nightclubs In London so it actually pains me to say this as I know how hard it is to run an establishment like this… but I went on Thursday and also a week prior (which I found alright( and it was busy and I was enjoying the night …. Paying for friends drinks etc and. A few others a nice. Vibe and the shirt owners should be ashamed of the way they come up to me in total amazement as if I had done something wrong they are. Total div’s and i went to talk outside (knowing I’ve done nothing wrong to explain you the wrong person) or whatever you think. when i asked for the situation to be explained the other doorman ushered him away and I asked for the manager and they tried to phone to police on me (bully boy tactics) don’t go here I will never set foot in this place in my lifetime completely feel no one was in charge and I’ve actually promoted the place to everyone in la manga club other that it’s rival in mamaluna bit far from there , disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I’ve supported the owned since they owned undersun I have many clubs myself in London and this is a complete joke.. asked for management to look at cctv as nothing I’ve done but spend a load of money shots for everyone etc and been treated like This.. I WAS YOUR BIGGEST FAN - NOW I HATE YOUR CLUB. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW AND WONT BE RETURNING, I also know im A little piece in your jigsaw but promise you this i will do everything to let everyone know your not the place...

No es la primera vez que voy a Trips por eso puedo comparar y decir que esta noche vieja en la discoteca trips ha sido un autentico desastre. Han estado diciéndonos, vendiendonos, que iba a ser algo brutal, algo increíble, una brutal noche, y a ultima hora como gancho nos vendieron una barra libre. Tengo que decir que en lo de noche brutal e increible no nos han engañado pero tirando al horror y a lo pésimo y me explicó a continuación. Nada mas entrar no empiezan a repartir un vaso de plástico a cada uno para que en ese mismo vaso es el que nos van a ir rellenando la bebida, las caras de todos de cada una de las personas que recibíamos el vaso era de asombro y de incredulidad, luego para colmo tenemos que leer en un cartel que si queremos in vaso extra teníamos que pagar 5 € , y yo me pregunto ¿porqué teníamos que pagar 5 euros cuando el vaso es un horripilante vaso de plástico y es una barra libre?. Cuando a lo largo de la noche te ibas a la barra a que te rellenáran el vaso eso era una batalla campal, después de estar casi 1 hora para que unos camareros te atendiésen y tu estar asta los cojones de tener que estar perdiendo la noche para llenar Un simple vaso tenias que escuchar al camarero o camarera decirte que lo que querías no había, que si no había nada de ginebra...etc....etc....etc.....(con etc me refiero a otras bebibas)siempre era lo mismo no hay no hay no hay....y yo me preguntó¿Como anunciando una barra libre podían haber tenido tan mala gestión? Es decir si vosotros anuncías una barra libre sois vosotros los que teníais que haber tenido las barras repuestas con lo que una barra libre conlleva para tener una buena atención con vuestros clientes ya que vuelvo a repetir que fuiste vosotros los que anunciasteís la grandiosa barra libre. Tambien nos vendísteis cena fria¿donde estaba? ¿alguien vio algo, salvo 4 saladitos de sobrada? Sinceramente yo misma pensaba que este año os superárais respecto al año paso, pero desgraciadamente he podido comprobar que no. El año pasado ningun problema en barra al pedir y sobre la cena fría nos sirvieron entre saladítos, empanada bocaditos.... Respecto a la música mas de lo mismo 3 djs para poner la misma música con versiones distintas y sobre las salas diferenciadas por edades mejor ni hablemos porque en la sala en la que se suponía que era la de +18 habían críos que no deberían de haber estado en esa sala. Una vez dicho todo esto como clienta de Trips me siento estafada y engañada ya que no habéis cumplido con las expectativas, con lo que anunciabaís etc... en resumen nos habéis engañado como...
