Very disappointing customer service. Placed an order for an event in mid April which only arrived on the 10th of May. They said it was due to Brexit, which is understandable, however it does not justify the 4 weeks it took to receive my order. They did a first shippement and the products never arrived, 2 weeks later they tell me the are sending it with a diffferent company. They said they will be replacing them but this is the condition in which the ham arrived. They emails were simply rude. They never refunded the expensive cost of the useless delivery. Like my cereals: The packages contained 500 grams on the website, but in real it was 400 gram. I really wonder if I paid for the 500 gram packages but received the 400 gram. I didn't received a track and trace code, and when I send them a email asking for one, they just ignored me. I never received an answer from them. That is very rude.
