WATCH OUT if you're traveling with your dog. I had reserved a room on the phone indicating we traveled with our dog. I asked for the price and they said 70€ with the dog. When I arrived and wanted to check-in they said I should pay 15€ for the dog. I explained I had been told about the price 70€ with the dog but they refused. I said in that case I couldn't but publish this. They became nervous and violent and refused to accept me. Fortunately, 10' later I found a much better room for 45€ just a couple of blocks away. I'm Italian and in Italy dogs are welcomed willingly nearly everywhere without extra charge or very small fee like 5€. It's a good thermometer of how civilised a country is or isn't. Shame on this...

I just left this restaurant after I had to spit a large, sharp and jagged piece of glass out of my mouth. We discretely informed the waiter and manager, who were mildly apologetic but didn't really care. The attitude was not of concern or embarrassment but more of accusation and anger that we refused to pay!!! The manager implied we planted the glass!!!

It is a real shame because I genuinely was really really enjoying my vegetable paella. I was so dissapointed, but instead of leaving with just didsapointment I left also with anger at the treatment from the manager.

He had absolutely zero shame or concern that had I bitten down on / or worse.....swallowed that glass i would be in...

We have just had an extremely enjoyable lunchtime at this restaurant. The staff were pleasant, polite & efficient. The place was very busy, but we were served promptly with food of an excellent quality. The whole experience was so good, we're hoping to return very soon. The razor shell first course was delicious and the squid second course had just the right flavouring and a lovely potato accompanyment. The bread was fresh, the drinks cold and the additional coffee with milk, strong and hot... just how we like it. Many thanks.

This place is a bargain! Stayed here for 2 nights and I thought it was fantastic for the price you pay. The room is not massive, but has everything you need (air conditioning, heating, fridge, large shower, comfy bed, etc..., and an amazing view), the staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was excellent. I cannot fault this place and will definitely be returning. Thank you
