The Palm Roastery is the kind of coffee shop you plan your morning around. Tucked on a wonderfully walkable street, it’s got the best of both worlds—cozy indoor nooks and sunny outdoor tables perfect for people-watching. The pastries were fantastic (dangerously so), and the coffee was dialed in with SO MUCH care—think balanced espresso and pour-overs that actually taste like the origin notes on the board.

What really makes this spot shine are the hosts, Dominique and Ariel. They’re warm, genuinely friendly, and clearly obsessed—in the best way—with the craft of coffee. We chatted about brews, methods, and their upcoming Aeropress competition; if passion counts for anything, I’m sure they did great. (Dominique and Ariel, if you see this: hope the competition went amazingly!)

If you’re in Barcelona and want a terrific cup with welcoming vibes, The Palm Roastery should be at the top of your list. Can’t wait to come back.

I went here today with my dad and big sister expecting a cute little cafe but this place is more than a just a cafe. The food was exquisite and just delicious. The people gave us a monkey sticker for free (and don’t worry, I know they will give you one too). The people were super kind and made sure to make us feel at home. This cafe has the most amazing food and the nicest people ever. I loved it so much I’m literally planing my order for the week. Thank you so much Palm Cafe and I can not wait to come back tomorrow!!!
