Takua Bar — Restaurant in Castelldefels

DONT!!! Used to come here, was our fav place last year. Came here recently twice with very good friends. Last time it was really bad experience, staff unpleasant and unfriendly and the whole place looked like filled with Snapshit adict type of people. This time round the staff was sooo little carrying that it crossed the border of rude. Both times we could observe similar treatment with all other customers. This place definitely changed ownership or at least management and its no longer worth bother. Ps, the menu cards are still the same ones. By now they are disgusting, filthy with rusty joints. If you want one of the worst services of Castelldefels this is the place for that. Visited 3 times and each time had to wait long for being served and then each time they brought wrong things to our table. When asked to move table, they forgot and put other people there, they take order and ingredients are missing for almost each juice on the menu. Its been a disaster and its very sad cause it looks like a nice place. Hopefully its just due to covid. Will try hopefully after this world health crisis and will update my review...

Tuve el privilegio de formar parte del equipo de Takua como jefa de cocina, y puedo decir con certeza que es uno de los lugares más profesionales, humanos y comprometidos en los que he trabajado.

La propietaria es una mujer admirable: madre, profesional y profundamente dedicada tanto al bienestar de sus clientes como al de su equipo. Se asegura personalmente de que todos los días haya productos ecológicos de primera calidad, carnes frescas, huevos orgánicos y verduras seleccionadas con amor. No se escatima en calidad ni en cuidado.

El ambiente laboral es simplemente maravilloso. Todo el equipo —desde los cocineros, camareros, hasta los jefes de sala— trabaja con pasión, entrega y un profundo respeto por el oficio. Se respira compañerismo y colaboración. Cocinar allí fue una experiencia llena de sentido, creatividad y compromiso.

Además, la carta incluye opciones saludables y veganas, deliciosos batidos y smoothies naturales, ensaladas frescas y platos preparados con intención y equilibrio. Es un espacio ideal para quienes buscan cuidar su cuerpo y disfrutar de una cocina consciente.

Quiero destacar especialmente a Yohana y Alex encargados del turno de la tarde, quienes cada día demuestran una gran profesionalidad, supervisando con dedicación que todo funcione a la perfección y que se mantenga siempre el estándar de calidad y servicio que caracteriza a Takua.

Estoy profundamente agradecida por haber formado parte de esta familia. Si buscan un lugar donde comer bien, sentirse bien y ser atendidos con calidez, Takua es sin duda la mejor...
