The meat was great and the trout tartar also really good. Reservamos mesa para 4 personas, el servicio bastante bueno, la camarera muy amable con los niños, aunque en general el servicio un poco lento. Pedimos varios platos, todos para compartir. Tartar de trucha del terreno con guacamole: plato muuy sabroso. La trucha está ahumada (algo que merece la pena reseñar y en la carta no lo específica). Bouquet con queso de cabra, mango y frutos rojos: el peor plato. Esperaba una calidad diferente en la base de la ensalada, algún mezclum de brotes tiernos o algo así...no solo un montón de lechuga picada.
