What a shame that such a lovely bar is run so badly. Staff were hit-and-miss, with some very nice and some extremely rude. There is a general level of incompetence (e.g. taking orders), and oh my goodness they are spectacularly SLOW, even by Spanish standards. One one occasion it took 50 mins for 4 drinks and 4 ice-creams. We also observed the difference in service between Spanish customers and (in our case) Brits, and this did not make us feel welcome.
Food was overpriced in my opinion, and of variable quality. Tuna Carpaccio just tasted like the olive oil in which it was drowned, and the clams were unwashed, sandy and pan-fried with about two whole cloves of garlic which was also burnt. Disgusting.
You will easily spend well over €100 for three dishes and 4 drinks here, and you will spend that time either waving to attract attention or out of your seat and chasing staff (I think I could have fired a signal flare and they would have still ignored us).
They also use some kind of tablet devices to take the orders, apparently relieving the staff of the need to use their actual brains to remember anything, and providing an excuse when they inevitably fail to bring your order (it’s not us, it’s the bad connectivity).

We recently visited the Chiringuito Sea Soul restaurant and were absolutely delighted. This wonderful beachside chiringuito treats its guests to exquisite dishes from the Michelin Guide chef of Restaurante Cataria. The updated interior creates a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The menu is diverse and very tasty, with special attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the variety of desserts – they were simply amazing. The wine list also left a pleasant impression, with an excellent selection of wines for every taste. The restaurant is located on the oceanfront, adding a special romantic touch to the visit. The beach near the restaurant is just perfect, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Additionally, the availability of sun loungers makes the stay even more comfortable. The service was top-notch, the staff friendly and attentive. We will definitely return here again. Our entire experience was unforgettable, and we happily recommend this restaurant to everyone. Read moreAunque teníamos media pensión en el hotel iberostar Royal Andalus y normalmente aprovechabamos el buffet para el almuerzo, un día decidimos acudir al "chiringuito" del hotel. Otros años habíamos ido pero no nos dijo gran cosa. Este año, sin embargo, ha sido todo un acierto y hemos notado un salto de calidad tanto en la decoración, la sensación de fresquito y bienestar que se siente al entrar y por supuesto, la atención. Debo decir que se nota la profesionalidad de Marín y su equipo tanto en la cocina como atendiendo a las mesas. Desde el punto de vista puramente culinario, la ensalada Sea Soul estaba buenísima y súper refrescante, las frituras son maravillosas, la ensaladilla de langostinos muy buena pero la calidad del pescado del día es punto y aparte, exquisita, en nuestro caso el pargo para dos que nos pedimos estaba delicioso y jugoso, en su punto justo.
