FUSION URBAN FOOD — Restaurant in Ciutadella

A lovely place to meet and eat, a stone's throw from the beaches Platja Gran and Plata Petita not far from Ciutadella centre. It was convenient for our hotel, so we ate there many times during our holiday. We tried various tapas, burgers and kebabs, salads, drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic, (with a good selection of teas) at lunchtime, for dinner, or just a drink. We both enjoyed the falafel with chicken popcorn and onion rings. I also liked the chicken burger with goat's cheese and fig, whereas my husband enjoyed the mixed meat kebab, and beefburger. Went here but had to leave as although the food seemed great, they clearly marked things as vegan & containing dairy at the same time. Also labelled things gluten free but marked it as contains gluten. When asked the waitress she said “yes we’ve got a lot of errors on the menu” and continued to show us where it was all wrong… vegan items showing as having goats cheese etc. Too risky with allergies as not well marked & misleading. Fusion café is fantastic. We came across it by accident, sometimes you get GOOD luck. Great service, a good menu, freshly cooked food, and reasonable prices. One of us is a vegetarian, no problem. I had the burger Menorqina, which has Menorcan sausage and cheese, delicious. Sat outside over looking the estuary that leads down to the port on a warm sunny evening.
