Temptations — Restaurant in Ciutadella

Had lunch here while in Ciutadella, and it was okay overall. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful and quick to clarify any questions on the menu. Bathrooms and overall place inside were very clean, and it is clear the owner takes pride in her business. The nachos were great & very filling! However, I do believe the website was misleading, as we expected something a bit different when it came to presentation, so keep an open mind. We ordered the crispy chicken and Dallas burger, which did not seem like how they were described. The crispy chicken patty was a strange colour, which I was told was normal, and the pulled pork burger did not have much pulled pork, just a regular burger. I would recommend to ask for the burger sauce to come on the side, as it is quite a lot. The restaurant is also a bit of a farther walk from the center. In short, nice staff, clean place, but...

We have eaten here twice during our two week stay in cuitadella. Thime first time by chance, but the meal was so good we came back. The service was excellent as was everything about the meal. We ordered sangria cava to drink, wow the best I have had. The starters were loaded nachos with beef, very very good, the other vist we had patatas braves very good. For mains we had a variety across the 2 visits. Pulled pork and chicken burger, pulled pork and beef burger. Beefburgers and a walnut and goats cheese salad. The burgers included fries. All excellent. We didn't have a pizza but they looked good. I also cannot comment on the deserts as we were too full, portion sizes were good, big. Next time might skip the starter and finish with a desert, but the nachos were so good. Highly recommended to anyone...

Unos impresentables! Falta de seriedad! Nos reservaron una mesa para las 22:50h, habiendo avisado con mucha antelación que seguramente llegaríamos tarde. Me aseguraron que no había problema y que no corriéramos para llegar. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando al llegar, antes de las 23:00h, nos dijeron que no teníamos mesa, que lo sentían mucho pero como se les había despejado el restaurante pronto, cerraron cocina antes, quedándonos sin cenar a las 23:00 y siendo celíaco, con lo que conlleva encontrar a esas horas un sitio certificado sin gluten. Y se quedaron tan anchos!!

Temptations (propietario) Hace 8 horas Antes de insultar hay que tener mas respeto. Lo que no aremos porque ustedes lleguen tarde porque se enrredan por ahi es nosotros esperar hasta que ustedes lleguen cuando tenemos un horario. Una cosa es esperar 10 minutos y otra llegar cuando ustedes les apetezca. Asi que lo que les falta es empatia y que no por decision vuestra tengamos que esperar cuando ustedes quieran.

Es más, esperaba una contestación como la que me dio la camarera que me atendió, diciéndonos que fue un error del camarero que me reservó la mesa por teléfono. En persona no fueron tan chulos! Estaban avisados que íbamos justo acabar el teatro y su contestación fue "sin problemas. Que no corriéramos". Cuando llegamos hacía mucho que había cerrado la cocina. Y se excusaron en que como no había gente, cerraron antes. Respeto es lo que no tuvieron con nosotros. Un poco de educación por su parte y aceptar las críticas le ayudará a mejorar. Y revise...
