PUSPAAYU CIUTADELLA - Real Burgers, Fresh Vibes — Restaurant in Ciutadella

Delicious food, and friendly staff (although clearly very busy). Because the restaurant was packed, we had to wait 30 mins for a table - the waitress at the door took my name and number and phoned us when the table was ready. This was great, because we were able to walk around Ciudadela in the meantime and not just stand and wait in a queue.

There's seating out the front, in the plaza des pins, but also a small amount inside and a large, beautifully decorated garden/terrace area at the back. I'd recommend sitting in the garden for the best atmosphere.

The prices are fair, and excellent value for the quality of food provided - local ingredients (meat, cheese etc) are always a plus too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my menorquina burger, and the sweet potato fries were brilliant and served in a generous portion. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options...

We loved this place! The food is great, I especially loved the sweet potato with the parmesano on top. I also liked the style of the place, it has a cool vibe, particularly the open air space in the back. The staff was friendly and welcoming and we also got served very fast. The place is popular so we needed to put our name on a waiting list and they called us when we had our tables ready. I’d suggest reserving a table in advance just to make sure you don’t need to wait. One thing we didn’t like is that the ventilation inside is pretty bad, so everything smells likes smoke. The first time we went there we were sitting inside and after leaving all of our clothes smelled like smoke which is quite inconvenient. I’d highly encourage the place to improve this to make the experience...

My friends really enjoyed their burgers and said they were excellent. I am less adventurous and had the chicken sandwich without any other ingredients. The chicken was so thin I couldn't taste the marinate. The bread is really good and the homemade fries are good as well. We ate in the interior patio which is a very nice area. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable. The service was just sort of terrible. Our waiter forgot about us (we know because he told us). They also made an error in the bill. If we go back I'll have a hamburger. The food did arrive very quickly. It would also be great if they had an option for kids, the menu is super reduced to just hamburgers. All in all I wanted to like the place...
