Ive maybe given one Google review before but this one is well deserved.

In the heart of Minorca, NIPA stands as an extraordinary testament to Japanese cuisine. I assume the chef spent a considerable time in Japan and was inspired to return to his hometown to open this place because I did not expect Spanish staff to put together such good Japanese cuisine. The tuna tartare was exceptional, a marvel of freshness and subtlety, while the sushi and sashimi showcased a mastery of the craft. Each maki and sushi roll was a wonderful, contributing to an experience that truly exceeded expectations. The prices were astonishingly reasonable…it almost felt like the sushi would be bad given the price levels when looking at the menu but I can assure, it was immense bang for buck. Great Japanese food and very good and friendly service. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere - the right place to enjoy an evening. Basically one of the best Sushi I ever had and also cool that the chef is sometimes coming to your table to serve a plate and having a short chat. I would give it 10 stars if I could! We really rushed to get there before it closed and it did not disappoint. From fresh, simple and delicious - I mean DELICIOUS - food, to amazing customer service.
