Mirador de la Axarquía — Restaurant in Comares

We went for a meal at Mirador de la Axarquía and we were warmly greeted at the door before being shown to our table. The setting is beautiful, with fantastic views and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a lamb dish and also the mixed grill for two to share — both were cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and very generous in portion. We also had desserts, and they were outstanding.

The food was also very reasonably priced. Service was very friendly and attentive throughout, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, a wonderful evening — easily the best place to eat in the Comares area, and definitely a restaurant we’d be happy to return to. Unfortunately we only found this restaurant the day before we flew home, its a shame we didnt go earlier as we would have eaten...

The food is amazing and the staff are so welcoming this place is a real hidden gem. Stayed in different villas near Comares 2017,18 & 19 and went to this restaurant 3-4 times every year and never had any thing to complain about. The steak, rabbit, pork loin, fish, prawns and mixed grill were cooked perfect and tasted like nothing iv had elsewhere. A group of 6 of us ordered different items and even though it’s the owner cooking by herself, you can watch her cook it’s all open, everything came out together all hot and fresh… Can’t say enough positives about this place….. Oh and an amazing cold pint of Stella… Can’t wait to go there in...

I can only give this 5 stars as it doesn't go higher. Quite simply the best meal I've had in Spain over 30 years of coming here. The terrace view, stunning. The staff so knowledgeable and attentive.
