For the food and wine - retinta steak we would give 5 stars. Meat was perfect! We enjoyed every bite.

But service (!!!!) ruined us the evening - the waiter who managed tables outside was rude, disgus. and unprofessional: he was grumpy, he was touching himself all the time and picking in the nose when talking to us, as we were finishing our dinner he came over and said aggressively that we have to pay now and leave, since at 10:30 a second shift is starting, which we weren't told before that and which is not acceptable for customers. If you give a table to customers, you can't simply throw them out after 1 hour! Instead of accepting the feedback he started to shout at other female colleagues (who seems to be new). Many other waiters were grumpy as well, doesn't seems to be a good to work here... @owner: improve your service/staff, otherwise you will loose...

Rude head waiter outside the restaurant. The young waitresses were friendly enough. But onto the main point of the review. The food was dire, not even fit for the dog. The entrecot steak was poor, the chips had been stood for hours and were inedible. The tuna my wife had was just bones (there's loads of places in Conil to get fantastic tuna).

It cost €88 and it's safe to say that this is one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life.

It looks so promising but do yourself a favour and AVOID at all costs.

Trust me on this, go here and you will be out of pocket and hungry afterwards.

There are many many better places to go in Conil.

I hope this review saves a few people a bad experience and more importantly, a lot of money for not even sub...

Lamentablemente no tuve una buena experiencia aquí. La camarera que nos atendió no nos supo explicar bien la carta. Antes de nada preguntamos por el tema sin gluten y sin contaminación cruzada. Nos recomendó algunos platos. Quisimos pedir para compartir una ensalada, un arroz y un pescado. Entiendo que para dos está bien, puesto que hay un entrante y dos primeros. Nos dijo la chica que no pidiéramos en pescado porque el arroz era bastante (supuestamente le dijimos para compartir todo).

Cierto es que cuando llegó el arroz podían comer hasta tres personas y me extrañó porque la carta aparece 25€ el arroz. No nos pudimos pedir el pescado porque sino iba a sobrar mucha comida.

Al pedir la cuenta llego mi sorpresa, nos cobraron 50€ por el arroz! Y pregunté por qué. Y es que la camarera no nos dijo que el arroz era para 2 personas!!! Si te he dicho que quiero un plato de una cosa y otro de otra, por qué me recomiendas un plato de 2 personas!!! Qué parte no has entendido?????

Independientemente del mal servicio por parte de la camarera, nos dijeron que el error era nuestro porque en la carta ponía el precio (el que he comentado PERO “por persona”)

Así que nada, no volveré a ir a un sitio en que el error de una camarera lo pago yo, porque ese día al parecer tenía un día malo. Genial.

Pd: El arroz era de atún, y mi acompañante se lo tuvo que comer casi todo porque a mi no me gustó nada ese arroz. He probado mejores. La ensalada si estaba muy buena. Me pusieron un pan sin gluten, pero no era nada del otro mundo tampoco.

No lo recomiendo ni para celiacos (porque la comida ni fu ni fa) ni para el resto teniendo en cuenta que parte del servicio deja mucho que desear.

Y ahora el restaurante me podrá contestar con alguna excusa o quitándome la razón. Pero para mí lo único que importa es que me fui con una sensación de hambre y de mala atención por el servicio. Y al igual que recomiendo restaurantes que merecen la pena ir, también recomiendo otros que no. Y éste, lamentablemente, es uno de los que...
