Restaurant la Vil·la de Corçà — Restaurant in Corçà

We chose to drove to this restaurant 40 minutes from where we’re staying as it was reccomended by a friend and IT WAS SO WORTH IT.

First of all, quality of ingredients was exceptional. Fresh produce, our fish , meat and veg were so tasty.

Second, the way it was cooked was so delicious, it was a perfect mix of flavours , not too over salted or over oiled like some places do. It was like home cooked but only 10x better cuz made by Spanish chefs.

Atmosphere was super cozy, from table setting, to the restaurant itself and all the small details in between.

Team members of the restaurant were super nice and welcoming. Food didn’t take long to cook and we just loved overall experience. Food portions were also very generous.

It’s rare to find a spot where both food and atmosphere hits the spot spot on and it’s one of these places.

Would highly recommend!

Ah and last thing for 6 dishes ordered we only paid ~€80 which is super fair for how much food we had and how delicious it was. For comparison just today for lunch in a different place we paid €70 for paella for two people and one starter. So truly this places deserves all the starts, please if u can tip restaurant...

Absolutely fantastic! The ambiance is superb with charming decorations, the food is authentic and super flavorful, service is wonderful. We found this place as we were shopping for ceramics and antiques around Corca. We just saw this adorable older building and realized it was a restaurant so we had lunch there. We now travel 1.5 hours just to visit the restaurant. We were served by Encarni several times who speaks English and was very helpful in ordering. Then when she heard we were looking for certain things around town she went above and beyond helping us find it. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant if you visit Corca or like to take a nice drive out to the country side and experience some authentic...

Antes de empezar a cenar llevemos el pastel a cocina para ver si era posible servirlo al final de la cena y ya me sorprendió cuando dijo que porque traía un pastel sin avisar, que ellos lo hacían mas bueno que el que traía yo, me quede sorprendido y le dije que no lo sabía y si había algún problema. Me comento que no pero que la próxima vez avisara. La sorpresa fue al pagar la factura cuando me había incluido 11 euros más por servir el pastel, le comente que no me parecía normal y entonces me dijo que claro imagina que todo el mundo se trajera algo de casa, el vino una ensalada... yo le dije que no era lo mismo y que me lo tenía que haber comentado en el momento que le lleve el pastel y me dijo si hubierais consumido postres no me lo hubiera cobrado. Aquí ya vi su actitud y le comente, hemos consumido 8 primeros, 8 segundos de los más caros de su carta, vino, agua, cervezas, Coca-Colas y cafés... más de 200 euros y me dice que por no pedir postres me cobra 11 euros por servir un pastel que yo traje, me pareció muy desvergonzado y discutírmelo más aun, sin duda no volveremos nunca más. Jamás nos habíamos encontrado...
