The Hotel Casa Galin is nearly 200 years old. It sits in the beautiful town square of Covarrubias which is what our bedroom overlooked. The bedroom was well kept and very clean with a large en suite. The ground floor of the hotel was taken by the bar on one side and the ground floor restaurant on the other with a much larger restaurant on the first floor. The meal we had at the restaurant on site was delicious and it was convenient to have a nice down-to-earth authentic bar on site for beer and wine. Overall, Casa Galin was a wonderful experience for...
