Heladería Pistacho — Restaurant in Cullera

Nice place, food selection of coffees, drinks and ice creams. Inside and outside seating. Good friendly service. Edit 2021 Used to really like it here but visited yesterday and changed my mind. Arrived 35 minutes before closing and asked for a coffee, the waiter started looking at his watch and asked how long we would be. When we asked to sit outside (for covid reasons) which would have involved him moving some chairs, he kept urging us to have out coffee inside .... Maybe it's just that waiter.. but there are other more friendly and accommodating heladerias en el paseo... Hope you have a better...

I was disappointed with the food. Probably best that they stick to ice-creams and iced coffee. I had a disagreement with a few waiters as no smoking is allowed on the premises BUT they think it's OK to lean on the wall of the establishment and smoke by your table on their cigarette break. Beats the point of having a no smoking sign and destroys the atmosphere for those of us on the terrace trying to enjoy the beach view and air. Oh, and BTW, if you are out walking your dog don't think about going in for an ice cream, very strict no dog rule both for...

Doy una estrella porque no puedo dar menos. Una absoluta decepción. Me deje guiar por las reseñas positivas, pero mi experiencia no ha podido ser más nefasta. Fuimos con nuestros dos niños pequeños y pedimos cuatro helados, dos de ellos, de fresa, tenían un sabor extraño con una mezcla entre amargo y rancio. A pesar de ello, no quisimos quejarnos, porque no somos de dar problemas ni de molestar por "cosas" así. Nos sentamos en la terraza, pensando que se respetarían las normas de covid dejando espacios entre mesas y al poco tiempo se llenaron las demás mesas. No solo eso, sino que sin respetar la distancia mínima otros clientes comenzaron a fumar con el beneplácito de los camareros o responsables. Al pedir, por favor, si nos podíamos cambiar a otra mesa más alejada de los clientes fumadores, se negaron rotundamente diciendo que era por el covid, ya que si nos cambiábamos de mesa tenían que volver a limpiar y no estaban por la labor. Todo esto, con muy malas formas. Finalmente, pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y también se negaron a dárnoslas, no llamamos a la policía porque mis niños se pusieron a llorar y no era plan hacerles pasar por este trago. En definitiva, quisimos pasar por alto el sabor "extraño" de los helados, pero la vergonzosa forma en la que tienen de tratar a los clientes y el dudoso respeto de las normas covid son los motivos que nos han motivado para publicar dicha reseña. Sobra decir que no...
