Sabor al Fuego restaurante — Restaurant in Dénia

We found this place on one of Dénia’s Facebook pages and decided to give it a try on our recent trip as it mentioned there are Persian plates available. Firstly, the owners were incredibly hospitable and super friendly and when they find out that we are Iranian, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even prepared a few dishes that were not on the menu. The quality and portion of plates were great and although there are slight differences between Afghan and Persian cuisine, we felt at home thanks to Heydar and Lucinda extra special hospitality skills. We visited the restaurant 3 times during our 2 weeks stay and every time liked it even more and feel that we have found great friends as well as a restaurant in Dénia to go back to whenever...

I have been traveling around Spain all month. This is literally the best food I have had since I have been here! The flavor is unmatched. I got the chicken skewer and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly to where it was seasoned well and super juicy. My only regret? I will only on this town one night. The waitress was very knowledgeable, attentive, and made good recommendations while also explaining the dishes to me. She also poured my wine in front of me. If you are in Denia, you most come here! We loved this place during my holiday, that's why we went back for a second time. Food is delicious for a good price.
