Tapes la Xara — Restaurant in Dénia

I came here with my girlfriend. We had just been doing some vigourous exercise, so we’re very hungry. I did not expect to find this hidden gem and be satisfied beyond my expectations. The price was fair as we had a lunch menu and the food was exquisite. The service was friendly and the environment was cosy. I would highly recommend this to anybody who passes through. Great and cosy place in the quiet village of La Xara. Perfect for an amazing dinner with a group as they offer a wide range of super tasty tapas to share! Try the tuna carpaccio or their jamon Iberico - this stuff just melts on your tongue! Will definitely go back if I have the chance and can highly recommend the place for any foodlover! The bread we had with the tomato salsa was, I think, baked in the restaurant. I'm not even a huge bread fan but it smelled and tasted wonderful. The tasting menu was brilliant - great food beautifully presented. The main courses were done to perfection and the sweet was absolutely delicious.
