I am writing about a disappointing and frustrating experience I had at your restaurant on August, at approximately 15 hrs.
To ensure I followed the rules and was considerate of other patrons, I called your establishment yesterday afternoon to ask if smoking was permitted. I was explicitly informed by the staff member on the phone that you have a terrace and that smoking is allowed there.
Upon my arrival, the service became inconsistent and unprofessional:
One waiter expressed uncertainty about the smoking policy, despite my reassurance that I had called ahead. To be courteous, I then sought and received permission from the guests already seated on the terrace to smoke, which they granted. Then I started to enjoy my Cohiba Siglo 6... taking care that the smoke were not going in people's direction. After half an hour waiting to be attended, I stand up myself to order my food. Later, after a new family was seated, a different waiter approached me and commanded me to stop smoking immediately.
This contradictory handling of the situation was embarrassing and ruined my meal. I specifically drove to your restaurant based on the information provided by your staff, only to have my experience abruptly interrupted.
My core issue is not with the no-smoking rule itself, but with the complete lack of a clear, consistent policy and the unprofessional manner in which it was communicated. Your staff should be fully informed and provide accurate information to customers, both over the phone and in person.
This inconsistency reflects poorly on your restaurant's professionalism and customer service standards.

We wanted to sit inside but it was too hot and no lights made it have a gloomy atmosphere. We sat in the patio which was a little better. However, the tables in the "outdoor patio" area were too small for a group of 4. Read more"Tuve una experiencia excepcional en este restaurante. El plato de gambas de cristal con mayonesa de sriracha fue una explosión de sabores. Las gambas,tiernas y llenas de sabor. La combinación de la suave mayonesa de sriracha con el toque picante fue simplemente deliciosa. Además, el huevo frito añadía una textura cremosa que complementaba perfectamente el plato.
Otro plato destacado fue el pan bao de entrecotte con mayonesa hoisin y cebolla caramelizada. La carne de entrecotte estaba perfectamente cocida y llena de jugosidad. El pan bao era esponjoso y suave, proporcionando una base perfecta para los sabores intensos de la mayonesa hoisin y la cebolla caramelizada. Cada bocado era una explosión de sabores que me dejó deseando más. Sin palabras las croquetas de bogavantes y de ibérico. También pedimos un arroz señoret. De postre las torrijas,100%100 recomendable.
Además de la increíble comida, el ambiente del restaurante era acogedor y el servicio impecable. El personal era amable, atento y conocedor de los platos que ofrecen. El cocinero Alvaro ,un joven canario lleno buenas ideas innovando constantemente en la cocina. Le auguro un gran futuro. Sin duda, este restaurante se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos para disfrutar de una comida excepcional.
Recomiendo encarecidamente probar las gambas de cristal con mayonesa de sriracha y el pan bao de entrecotte con mayonesa hoisin y cebolla caramelizada. No te arrepentirás de esta experiencia culinaria única. Sin duda alguna...
