Terrible. Place is practically a scam for tourists jointly partnered with Tenerife tickets excursions. Prices are way too high for what you get and the quality of the food, we didn’t know what was on the menu as we didn’t get given one aside from the tour guide telling us briefly they had fish, chicken and omelette before we got off the bus. If you didn’t choose the set menu while on the bus you are treated as inhuman and non-paying customers so they force you to sit outside while others that chose with the set menu get put on a nicer table inside. The tour guide stated that if you didn’t choose the set menu there is sandwiches but they didn’t state what kind and we didn’t get a menu. We were told a waiter would come and take our order outside but they kept ignoring us and not even giving us a menu so we could order. By the time we went to the bar and complained and then finally got a menu, the customers that chose the set menu inside were already finished with their food. Staff didn’t even apologise for the appalling treatment that they gave the customers that had to sit outside. Prices were also on par with prices on the main strip in playas de las americas that were superior in quality and service. You’d think that with the money that they earn they would have more than just plastic chairs inside the restaurant. In conclusion, this place is a absolute joke put on an IV by Tenerife tickets excursions and I wouldn’t recommend it even if you were dying...

Came here with a tour group and everything was fine until we came here - be aware that there aren’t many vegetarian options, this is mostly on the tour group side, they should take in consideration those who don’t eat meat! However this place ripped us off… the waiter took our order and we didn’t realise they would have meat and two of the dishes, the dish “chickpeas” have fish on top? So we sent it back. Knowingly they knew I said cancel it MEANING take it off our order, they still adding it to the bill but it was all in Spanish - me, not wanting to cause an argument or a scene I just paid it off which was two non vegetarian meals we didn’t eat but still was put on the spot… they seemed fed up but how were we meant to know… they only seem to favour those who have a Spanish background but or well… just upset they ripped us off, will never come here again of course! Do not eat here at any cost. The staff were rude. I could not eat the soup. The main was a small amount of chicken in a tasteless sauce with 8 small potatoes to share with 5 people. The desert was the size of an egg cup. The travel company clearly have some deal with this restaurant. The cost €16.50 for the meal. Stay away from this travel company and restaurant.
