Hostal Restaurante "Corinto" — Restaurant in el Verger

We've been here a few times already as the parking is easy. There are quite a few spaces right outside the restaurant, otherwise there is the parking lot in the hotel carpark, and if that's full, there is a big carpark in Lidl which is a 30 seconds walk away.

There are plenty of outdoor seating, most of them under the shade but if you like the sun, there are no shade area too. The service is always friendly and the price is reasonable. What I love about this place is the inside. It's like going back in time. It's what you expect to see from a traditional Spanish bar.

The food is always freshly made. We came for a breakfast this time. We've ordered 2 tostadas with tomato, a full English breakfast (€10) and a chicken breast and bacon bocadillo (€7). It comes with a glass of orange juice and a cup of hot drink.

A lot of the time when we drive pass, there are plenty of foreigners here, so it's a good place to make friends too if you are new to the area.

All the ingredients were incredibly fresh, which sets this restaurant apart from others. You have to wait a bit for your order, about 45 minutes, but that's because the dish is prepared especially for you.

Previously, I often encountered the problem of dry meat that had been reheated, but at "Corinto," everything is made fresh. This makes every bite a true feast for the palate.
