Casa Historia — Hotel in el Verger

I have stayed at “Casa Historia”in Denia several times and will be returning again soon. It is perfectly located in a quiet residential area about 5k from Denia town with a good local bus service. The house has absolutely everything you need for a great stay, comfortable bedrooms, open plan living area and practical kitchen plus an out door kitchen area with extra stove tops perfect for paella making & a bbq out side. The upstairs apartment is practically self contained, with everything you need, large double bed, loo, shower room, washing machine and a galley kitchen with it own sun terrace. Downstairs there is Washing machines, tumble dryer, and safe area to lock up bikes etc Plenty of outside space surrounded by high walls keeping it private, including the pool which is the centre of attraction. I go mainly for cycling breaks although the beach is only 10 minutes walk and it’s perfect for all the great cycle rides, it would be perfect for small groups or family’s who wished to stay together on holiday and be self contained. I have recently enjoyed a 5 day stay in Casa Historia with 5 friends. It is a comfortable and well equipped villa in a lovely spot just outside of Dénia. There is a beach, just an 5 minute walk away and there are some lovely beachside cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Next door to the villa is a lovely local bar that also serves food. There are 3 large supermarkets within walking distance. The villa has a lovely pool and plenty of room to lounge in the sun. The main part of the villa has a double and a twin bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. The inside and outside kitchens are fully equipped . The villa also has a one bedroom self contained annex with kitchen and bathroom. The villa provides a perfect place to stay to enjoy what this part of Spain has to offer. It is a haven for cyclists and hikers. Having a hire car enables you to explore but there are also good bus routes if you prefer not to drive. I cannot...

I cannot recommend this lovely villa highly enough. It happily sleeps 4 in the main house (6 if you include the sofa bed in the lounge) and there is the addition of a fantastic one bedroomed self-contained studio with its own sun terrace! The beautiful port of Denia is only a few miles away and is easily reached by public transport or 2 wheels! Within walking distance of the villa are a variety of shops, a local bar with other bars and restaurants a short distance away. The villa itself is very comfy, practical, has air conditioning and everything you need for a fabulous holiday in the sun, including an amazing pool and if you fancy a lovely beach, that’s 10 mins down the road! It’s also an amazing place to stay if you want to cycle or hike. The cycling is first class with many rides up into the mountains on extremely good roads, views to die for and even thermal pools.
