My boyfriend and me went here for lunch around 12 o clock, the restaurant was almost empty, a lot of staff present, sitting down, relaxing. Almost all tables were reserved, but for the hour we were there, just a few people came to these tables. Doesn’t the restaurant want guests? I had the spaghetti carbonara and my boyfriend had eggs, fries and what was called “marinated tenderloin” in the menu. Two thin slices of overcooked pork meat and greasy fries. And the carbonara was not eatable at all. Not a chance. An Italian would cry to see that they call this sorry excuse of a dish “carbonara”. Tasted like soggy pasta in some kind of white sauce. No Parmesan, no parsley, no bacon, just disgusting. And no excuses from the waiter, no compensation, just silence. Don’t go here. This place doesn’t deserve to call itself a...

Ordered paella for 4 people and was advised a 30 minute wait. After asking 3 separate staff members where the food was (who then disappeared to the back never to return), the food arrived 85 minutes after ordering, and was absolutely abysmal. In this time other tables who had arrived 30 minutes after us had received their paellas. The paella dish was only half full compared to the ones other tables had received, and the “chicken”, well… I wouldn’t feed it to a dog. It was the cheapest tiny chicken thighs I have ever seen, and 90% was bone & cartilage. The paella for “4”, only included 6 of these, despite paying €11 per portion! How is 1.5 chicken thighs a portion? Who knows.

Awful. Terrible service, loads of waiting staff but had to keep trying to get someone’s attention. Main meals came out at all different times, 3 people had already finished before other mains come out. Food was awful, had prawns, sea bass, salmon and paella, the pieces of fish where tiny, bland and oily, seafood paella has hardly any seafood and was just full of salt. Bred not fresh. Salad we ordered never came. Charged us for extra chips when we was told the fish comes on it own from the waiter but it came with just a load of chips (not good chips either), but when questioned the bill, was told we should have read the menu better.Then had multiple waitress’s stand over our table to make sure we paid the full bill which wasn't cheap either.
