Car's Diner — Restaurant in Elx / Elche

Located near Alicante Airport Car's is an American style diner that offers decent burgers, hot dogs, bagels, salads etc. Great selection of desserts and rich milkshakes.

Went most recently with my 8 and 9 year old daughters who chose from the children's menu which they both enjoyed. I had their Mexicana hot-dog and my wife their César salad which we both enjoyed. They have a good selection of beers and the usual cold drinks, coffees etc.

Is ideally located near the airport so have gone there for a beer or coffee while awaiting friends or family's flights and then just driven 5min down to airport to collect them.

Cracking little diner ! Staff work hard and fast. Food is spot on and keenly priced. Enjoy 50s style theme and food . Milkshakes to die for...tbh we have never had a poor meal here while waiting for the airport close by. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.. Can be busy at times but they now offer an outdoor seating area to help accommodate all. We always pop in for a naughty Treat if we're passing as every penny helps. There is a fuel station joined so you can fill up and the car also.. the shop has a nicely stocked shop also. A little one stop pit stop with it's own parking area also. I found this place last year and now here atleast 2 times a week.. The food and the service is always excellent.. Every time i pick family or friends up at airport i take them.. My friends that live here see my posts on Facebook and beg me to take them.. Everyone enjoys the experience and food... You could not find better staff.. I'm heading there again later today..
