Pizza Pasta e Basta! — Restaurant in Elx / Elche

Ive visit this place yesterday and I have ordered simple margherita pizza. The dough it self was ok not Neapolitan style but it was ok. Pizza overall was not good as it was swimming in cheese and that cheese was not really good at all. Also it was missing one ingredient... Basil... I would not recommend this place to go to eat Pizza. If you wanna eat pizza in the area then go to Gran Alacant to Cocoa or if you will be in Alicante then Da Ciro. Other than that staff was nice and polite which is really nice.

P.S. Just to answer to the owner. I can understand that customers are satisfied but it is only showing thst they have not eat real Italian pizza. Your pizza was not good. It is far away of from what I have been eaten many times in Naples Italy. Regarding Basil. yes it can be missed but you still charge for it as it is an ingredient. I would recommend to the owner to go to Da Ciro in Alicante and then you can compare how pizza should look like...

Review voor Pizza Pasta El Basta

We zijn onlangs gaan eten bij Pizza Pasta El Basta. Het eten zelf was echt super lekker – zowel de pizza’s als de pasta’s waren goed bereid en smaakvol. Helaas viel de service enorm tegen.

We hadden twee pizza’s en twee pasta’s besteld. De pizza’s kwamen redelijk snel op tafel, maar de pasta’s lieten meer dan 30 minuten op zich wachten. Tegen de tijd dat de pasta’s arriveerden, waren de pizza’s al lang opgegeten en was het gezellige groepsgevoel wat verdwenen.

Het is jammer dat zo’n lekkere keuken niet ondersteund wordt door een vlotte en georganiseerde bediening. We hopen dat hier in de toekomst verbetering in komt, want qua eten zit het zeker goed.

We recently went out to eat at Pizza Pasta El Basta. The food was absolutely delicious – both the pizzas and the pastas were well prepared and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing.

We ordered two pizzas and two pastas. The pizzas arrived fairly quickly, but the pastas were served more than 30 minutes later. By the time they came, we had already finished the pizzas, and the atmosphere at the table had faded a bit.

It’s a shame that such good food isn’t matched by efficient and organized service. Hopefully, this will improve in the future, because the kitchen definitely has a lot of potential.

Recientemente fuimos a comer a Pizza Pasta El Basta. La comida estaba realmente deliciosa: tanto las pizzas como las pastas estaban bien preparadas y sabrosas. Lamentablemente, el servicio dejó mucho que desear.

Pedimos dos pizzas y dos pastas. Las pizzas llegaron bastante rápido, pero las pastas tardaron más de 30 minutos en servirse después de las pizzas. Para cuando llegaron, ya habíamos terminado las pizzas y se había perdido un poco el ambiente en la mesa.

Es una pena que una cocina tan buena no esté acompañada de un servicio ágil y organizado. Esperamos que lo mejoren en el futuro, porque la comida...

I've visited this place during the summer holiday(it was very crowded) but the staff is absolutely rude ,especially the one who was writing the waiting list ,unbearable man with no patience and respect for customers . I waited and tolerated his misbehaviour just becouse my 7 years old son love their pizza ,it's absolutely delicious) He was screaming the names of the customers & very 😠 showed them where they should seat. Advise :if YOU(the one who booked people in) & other members of staff doesn't know how to work & behave under pressure better leave the business. RESPECT for your...
