I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible, and communication was a major issue as the staff seemed to have a limited understanding of English. They even refused to serve me a small order despite the restaurant still being open and filled with customers. What's worse is that I was overcharged for a dish and when I brought it up, they tried to justify it by claiming the fish was a certain weight. This was clearly a dishonest attempt to cover up their mistake. Additionally, I witnessed other customers receiving drinks from the restaurant's bar and enjoying them on the beach, yet the staff denied doing such a thing when I inquired about it.

The behavior of the staff was unacceptably racist and arrogant. One waitress even suggested that I go buy my food from a shop instead of serving me. This level of disrespect and mistreatment left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering the amount I spent on lunch.

I strongly advise you to avoid this restaurant if you value good service, fair pricing, and respectful treatment as a customer. It is important for such establishments to acknowledge and address these issues in order to provide a positive dining experience for all... The worst restaurant I've ever been! The services are terrible! They are liars. They don't speak English at all !! People from the UK and other countries please try to avoid this restaurant! They charge me twice for one dish and they tried to explain to me that the fish was 400 g. of weight! When the restaurant was still open, full of customers I asked them to take a small order like 2 beers and ice cream for my children and they refused saying that they are closed!! Can you believe it. ?? I saw some Spanish people with a beer from that restaurant when they were lying under the umbrellas and on the sunbeds but they lied to my face that they are not doing this !!! They were racist and arrogant people! One of the waitresses sends me to buy my food at the shop! Can you believe how they treat customers? I spent there almost €130 for lunch and they were still very mean to me...I don't accept that kind of...

Como estropear una comida con Amigos!

Llamamos a las 9:00 AM concretamente para preguntar y reservar si era posible hacer un arroz de verduras con caldo de verduras sin pollo, pescado, mariscos ni carne? Nos dices que por supuesto!!! .... Llegamos 4 personas la atención de los camareros excelente muy rápido, simpáticos, afables y te asesoran muy bien con la carta. pedimos de entrantes patatas arrugadas (típicas de allí) para la vegetariana y un calamar de Potera para el resto de comensales ... todo hasta ahí bien. Hasta que llegan los arroces Y comenzamos a servir el arroz de VERDURAS y SOPRESA!!! FILETES DE LOMO DE CERDO TROZEADOS entremedio de la verdura. Enseguida nos quejamos y lo devolvimos por que ese arroz está contaminado con carne para cualquiera que adopte una dieta vegetariana y/o vegana. Como cualquier restaurador debería saber, más hoy en día con el tema de los alégrenos que supuestamente deberían estar formados y tener un mínimo de conocimientos ....,NO TIENE LÓGICA SI LO ESPECIFICAMOS HASTA CON EL CALDO!!!!! su respuesta: “es que nosotros lo hacemos así aquí”. Con eso lo ha dicho todo! Velada un fiasco Encima solo me ofrecen una tortilla para comer que eso me lo puedo hacer perfectamente yo en mi casa!! Gracias! La cuenta y hasta luego! No vuelvo NUNCA MÁS, ni lo recomiendo Es una vergüenza que hoy en día en el siglo 21 Que se acerque un grupo de personas ha pasar una gran velada, dentro de ese grupo de amigos exista alguno de ellos con alguna dieta específica o alergia alimentaria y en sitios donde dan un servicio de hostelería no sepan defenderse ante dicha situación. Lamentable mucha remodelación por fuera y de la infraestructura del restaurante pero la cocina antigua, retrógrada y 0 creatividad culinaria por parte del cocinero hacía alguien que no come carne ni pescado y que quiere DISFRUTAR como el resto...

He estado muchas veces, desde finales de los 80 que venía con mi padre y aqui la modernización no ha sido lo mejor que les ha pasado (solo en los costes madrileños). Comimos un arroz negro que estaba correcto, pero el camarero (que no es nuevo porque nos ha atendido otras veces) nos recomendó para un celíaco el salmorejo, al decirle que eso no era posible, nos dijo que el jamón venía aparte, por lo tanto si tienes una intolerancia cuidado!!! Tuvimos una pequeña discusión por el cobro de 6 euros de un pan con alioli y tomate, que el mismo camarero al ser preguntado nos dijo que el pan venía con alioli y tomate, no solo que no venía sino que además lo cobraban más caro que en la carta!!! Cómo corresponde el dueño le dió la razón a su camarero (el del salmorejo para celíacos intolerantes al jamón @#€@1) es el típico sitio que si te conocen comes de cine y si no haces el Pardillo, hay mejores opciones si no eres del la terreta, para ir a comer por la zona (y con precios locales no de Madrid), supuestamente hoy se dieron cuenta de la discrepancia de precios entre la caja y la carta. Leyendo los comentarios, no me había tomado el trabajo, los malos son todos...
