Cafeteria Ca'n Bep — Restaurant in es Mercadal

This was my 1st visit here on a busy market evening in Mercadal. There's quite a few outside tables located across from the cafe bar on the pavement along with inside seating aswel .The table service was quite pleasant ,I found the drinks order of small beers with lime to be fine but the food order of vegetable pizza 🍕 & chips to share was very disappointing. The pizza was quite large but very thin & missing quite a few of its toppings like mushrooms, tomatoes etc resulting in it being over loaded with large round cucumber type slices .The chips were very hard & there wasn't any condiments provided eg Salt/Vinegar or sauce. We came here first time over a week ago and came back everyday since. The food is fantastic ( I recommend the crujientes de cuixot, carne con piemento, croquetas de jamon, pulpo con cebolla, queso, chipirones fritos and for sure the patatas all I oli!) and for wine Enate! The frozen pizza, reheated to perfection, lacked any semblance of flavor. It was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The coffee provided an exquisite experience of parching my mouth.
