Please read: Following is a complete review of our experience.

Located in the midst of a pool area connected to Carema Hotel. We did not know this and were surprised by a kids show for the children with loud music and movement. But this atleast gave us a good laugh, finding ourselves in this situation. The worst part is down below concerning the food.

We were there during the evening, 20-21. Approx. On a Saturday.

We went to this restaurant not knowing what to expect other than the good reviews at the time (4.8?!). We were, at the very least, disappointed.

We were greeted by friendly staff and placed at a four seater table, we were a party of six, with two of us at the ends. After getting through our order with a few words of Spanish, since only one waiter knew English, we eagerly awaited the grilled food. This restaurant market itself as a grill restaurant.

The food lacked in taste and presentation. Two out of six got served the wrong side dish. 2 of 2 burgers were made rare to raw... we expected well done or atleast pink. This problem was solved by bringing a whole new burger, which was very good and a professional response to our complaint.

The rest of the party had grilled chicken and different side orders. For all of the four, the chicken had zero to none in taste and did not give the impression the name of the restaurant and the price gave. It was bad.

The staff noticed our disappointment when cleaning the table and asked us if the food was ok and we of course complained. The boss tasted and understood why. He cut a lot from the bill! He had a very good reaction and, again, proffessional response. He put the customer first.

I cannot recommend anyone visiting this restaurant. If you are out to get some good grilled food, look elsewhere. The atmosphere and food will not meet your needs.

If you are out to just get some food and need to fill that belly, you might go here but just when in dire need. The prices are way to high for this standard.

Come ambientazione non mi è piaciuta tanto.. Ristorante all'interno di un villaggio turistico..ma sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita.. Ernestina la responsabile dolce gentilissima molto disponibile.. Il cameriere più anziano è stato un po' troppo invadente o troppo premuroso. . Spingeva a prendere quello che consigliava ma è stato gentile forse non sono abituata ad avere i camerieri "addo$sso".. Abbiano preso 2 antipasti la bruschetta ottima che te la condivi da solo.. Da una parte dici si così aggiungo aglio come voglio io ecc dall' altra parte pensavi che te la portavano già pronta.. Dipende dai punti di vista io ero un po' perplessa🙊 il polpo alla brace buonissimo porzioni abbondanti.. I due secondi calamari alla brace ed entercote..tutto molto buono.. La carne consiglierei di mettere meno sale🙈 abbiamo preso il dolce del giorno tortino con salsa bayles ottimo.. Accompagnato da due bicchieri di champagne offerti.. Qualità prezzo molto buona 50 € in due.. Spesi bene accolti bene serviti e coccolati.. Non fatevi ingannare...

Accueil: pas de serveuses pour nous installer, on a du demander aux cuisiniers (très sympa) si on devait s’assoir quelque part ? Il y avait une chanteuse qui animait le dîner, mais on ne s’entendait pas tellement elle forçait sur sa voix… Ensuite, la serveuse est arrivée enfin, en demandant ce qu’on voulait boire mais pas de carte! Réponse :regardez le menu avec le QR code… mais nous n’avions pas de portable alors elle nous a rapporté une carte avec la moitié en espagnol et l’autre en anglais… Pas d’info de la part de la serveuse sur les spécialités du jour, alors qu’elles sont écrites seulement à l’entrée … La table était sale, j’ai dû demander de la renettoyer (ce qui n’a pas posé problème mais bon 😩) Mon fils m’a dit, maman on part de cet endroit qui « ne fait pas clean »…. Niveau repas: les pizzas sont comme chez dominos pizza et le poulet grillé n’avait pas de goût … C’était l’anniversaire de mon fils qui a quitté la table avant la fin du repas … Pas un super souvenir … Pour 4 : 70€ sans...
