Bar La Estación — Restaurant in Estella-Lizarra

More than a station bar the people here are just so friendly. I have stayed for a couple of nights in Estella on a few occasions now and sometimes I just stay the one night but I always enjoy the beauty of the building and also the sunny or shady seats outside the bar. We had a menu del dia just a few yards away and it was another great bar. I love that you can also nip around and check the bus times or buy a ticket. The new fast bus from Logrono to San Sebastian stops here now and also at puente la Reina so if you do stay a few nights you can walk puente la Reina to Estrella and then all the way to Logrono and bus...

Nice atmosphere, beside the bus station and busy with a lot of locals (especially compared to other cafe's nearby). Food was tasty (ensaladilla rusa and a tortilla with vegetables and ham) and not so expensive - good for a snack while you wait...

Pedimos hamburguesa y bebida. La hamburguesa estaba deliciosa, como recomendación falta la cebolla caramelizada. Precio de la hamburguesa sin guarnición 7€. Las bebidas a pesar de tener hielo no estaban tan frías como deberían. Lo que no me gustó es que en la terraza, faltando como más de media hora para cerrar, la camarera se puso a recoger haciendo mucho ruido, arrastrando las mesas y las sillas, cuando habíamos dos mesas todavía en terraza y nosotros seguíamos ahí porque le preguntamos la hora de cierre y teníamos tiempo todavía.
