Cheap, cheerful, and actually very good!

Popularly called "El bar de la china", it's open all day and provides Spanish breakfasts and then tapas, as well as full meal items lunchtime and evening. You could pop in at teatime too.

About 15 years ago the Spanish owners sold out to a Chinese family who immediately set to and learnt exactly what Spanish customers want. They have since passed the bar on to other compatriots, hence the popular name, and they have all kept up the good name and reputation of this bar.

The breakfasts are outstanding.

You can have coffee, various types, or the very best hot chocolate anywhere in town. Thick, smooth, slightly bubbly with a deep chocolate taste.

To eat: various filled rolls, or what most people have: either a toasted roll, white or integral, wholemeal, with butter/margarine and jam, or the traditional olive oil and fresh tomato.

Or churros.

The lightest, crispest churros, simply wonderful.

Or you could have both...

Really good value, don't forget to leave a generous tip of 50c per person, they are working...

Hace un mes aproximadamente decía...Me encanta🤩. Los dueños son muy respetuosos, agradables y simpáticos. ....Pero con la confianza llega el descaro y el decir cosas desagradables a sus clientes que siguen siendo fieles día tras día al ir a su local a desayunar.. Y comer... Pues les gastan bromas pesadas y les dicen palabras feas al tratarlos. Actualmente cuando llegó a una hora donde hay poca actividad y pido un refresco.. He notado que tardan mucho en servirme a pesar de tener más personal. La única mujer dueña del negocio que hay allí, está casi siempre sería y malhumorada. Y cuando coge confianza con un cliente he notado que le da un trato malo. Al pedirle algo más de comer,, deciden atender antes a los nuevos clientes últimos que llegaron que aquellos que llevan más tiempo esperando que les sirvan... Generando malestar y mal humor en los clientes. A pesar de este trato malo..en los desayunos suele llenarse a tope de personas pues todo lo que ofrecen , gusta. Los almuerzos son sustanciosos y llenan el plato hasta arriba..y el precio muy economico. A mí particularmente me gusta por su ambiente rústico . Son muy pocas las personas que saben que se pueden comer tan bien de precios y comidas allí . La pena es que al apostar por ellos y dejar allí nuestro dinero se nos reciba y se nos trate de malas formas... Teniendo en cuenta que son los clientes los que hacen que un lugar valga la pena . Me gustaría tanto que estos sitios rústicos no desaparecieran del mapa !!👏🏻🥰👍🏻🎉 Mucho del trabajo es sin dudarlo las buenas formas..y educación y tacto con lo que los dueños del local tratan a...

Very good food for the amoubt paid, dodnt leave much to be desired. The churros with the chocolate were excellent. You can also have a sandwich or sm other things i cant quite remember. Went there...
